I wanted a cheap case to prevent the screen from being scratched on my Garmin Nuvi 255W. That is exactly what it does. It is a loose fit. I cram the car power cord in the zip pocket on the side (which is a tight fit). I then put the whole thing in my suitcase when traveling. Works well. -Pam
